Firefox version 1.0.6 was released to the public today. I know you are saying that was fast Firefox 1.0.5 was released 8 days ago, however Firefox 1.0.6 is a stability update. They recommend that users upgrade to this latest version. All this update does is restores API compatibility for extensions and web applications, that were not working in Firefox 1.0.5
