1. Steve Jobs, Jonathan Ive, and Tim Cook 
2. They say "no" more often than "yes" - physical keyboard, flash etc etc 
3. They do not want to be all for all - they do not want to build inexpensive products so that they can get more customers. 
4. Packaging (app store etc.) 
5. Since they do less (features, product portfolio etc), they can focus on perfection and no compromise on the integrity of the product
6. They understand the liability of more moving parts and hence provide a tightly integrated end-to-end solution 
7. They get the paradox of choice 
8. They get human interaction and interface 
9. They believe the customer/ user can not possibly know what they want 
10. One more thing - they get marketing

Sometime we have to say no more than yes.
